Majestic Ray's INC Disclaimer for Shipping Perishable Items

Introduction:
This disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment of perishable items by Majestic Ray's. By using our shipping services for perishable items, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this disclaimer.

Perishable Items Definition:
Perishable items include, but are not limited to, food products, flowers, plants, pharmaceuticals, and other goods that are susceptible to deterioration, spoilage, or damage due to temperature changes, humidity, or other environmental factors.

Temperature Control:
We make reasonable efforts to maintain proper temperature control during shipping, but we cannot guarantee that the perishable items will be delivered under specific temperature conditions. Fluctuations in temperature during transit are possible, and the recipient understands and accepts this risk.

Packaging:
It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that perishable items are properly packaged to withstand the rigors of transportation. We recommend using appropriate insulation, cooling packs, and packaging materials to maintain product quality. Majestic Ray's is not liable for damage or spoilage resulting from inadequate packaging.

Delivery Date:
While we strive to deliver perishable items within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. The recipient acknowledges that delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Recipient Availability:
The recipient or their designated representative must be available to receive the perishable items upon delivery. Failure to accept the shipment promptly may result in deterioration or spoilage, for which Majestic Ray's will not be held responsible.

Quality Upon Arrival:
The recipient is advised to inspect the delivered perishable items immediately upon receipt. If any issues, such as damage, spoilage, or temperature-related concerns, are identified, the recipient must contact Majestic Ray's within 48 hours to report the issue and initiate the resolution process.

Liability Limitations:
Majestic Ray's shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the shipment of perishable items, including but not limited to monetary losses, spoilage, health concerns, or inconvenience. The shipper and recipient assume all risks associated with shipping perishable items.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Requests for order cancellation, refunds, or reshipments due to quality issues must be made within two business days. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and Majestic Ray's reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Modification of Disclaimer:
Majestic Ray's reserves the right to modify or update this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. It is the shipper's and recipient's responsibility to review the disclaimer periodically for any changes.

By using Majestic Ray's shipping services for perishable items, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
