Fruit Gels should be stored in airtight containers to ensure it will last longer than a couple of days. Exposure to unnecessary air can cause the sea moss to deteriorate quickly and even grow mold and bacteria growth.

Store Fruit gel at the very back of the fridge. This is the coldest place and can extend your gel’s life for at least one month.

We recommend not touching the gel constantly, to prevent the introduction of extra germs or dirt which can cause the gel to deteriorate faster than it would if left untouched.
